Shipping and Delivery of Products

Shelf-stable Products

There are no delivery restrictions, except in cases potentially indicated on the Website and/or in the Product Data Sheet.

All products ordered by the Customer will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. 

A contribution to shipping costs will be requested, which will be highlighted during the purchasing procedure in relation to the order's country of destination. 

Products shipped within Italy are typically delivered within 3-4 working days from shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 4-5 working days from shipment.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. 

Orders that include both fresh and packaged products will be sent to the Customer with 2 different shipments, which may have different delivery times.

Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated to the Customer via e-mail. 
Orders will be processed from Monday to Wednesday inclusive, by 2:00 PM.
Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping of Mixed Items (Fresh and Shelf-stable)

In the case of orders containing fresh and shelf-stable products, shipments will be managed according to separate methods and timings, adhering to the criteria set out in the preceding paragraphs. 

Conditions 

It is Your responsibility to check the condition of the delivered Product. Notwithstanding that the risk of loss or damage to the Product, for a cause not attributable to the Seller, is transferred when You, or a third party designated by You and different from the carrier, materially take possession of the Product, the Seller recommends You check the number of Products received and ensure that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials, and You are invited, in Your interest, to indicate any anomalies on the carrier's transport document, accepting the package with reservation. Should the packaging show obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is advisable to promptly notify the Seller. The application of the regulations regarding the right of withdrawal (if applicable to the Product) and the legal guarantee of conformity remains valid in any case.
