Per 4 persone: 700 g di patate novelle, olio extravergine d'oliva, rosmarino, Sale al Tartufo Bianco Morra.
Cuocere le patate in forno a 200 °C con olio e rosmarino fino a quando saranno dorate e croccanti.
Una volta fuori dal forno, completare con il Sale al Tartufo Bianco.
